SHIPPING POLICY
Carrier: We use Canada Post, so that you receive the best
possible price and delivery time. Our goal is to offer you
the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method available.
Back Orders: In the unlikely event that any items in your
order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship
the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance
when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
All parcels are insured. If an item is lost or damaged in
shipping, a claim is made with Canada Post.
RETURNS
If you're not completely satisfied with something you buy
on our site, you have 30 days to return it. We want to see
that everyone loves wearing their Real Gem Jewelry!
RETURN POLICY: You can return your item by requesting an RA
number (return authorization) within 30 days from the date
of shipment of your order. We only accept returns if an RA
is requested within 30 days from the date of the shipment.
NOTE: You must contact us for an RA, (return authorization)
at return@realgemjewelry.com before returning your merchandise.
" Your email must contain the name the order was placed
under, the invoice number and the item you would like to return.
You will receive a response with an RA number and return instructions
within 3 working days.
" Our warehouse does not accept any packages without
an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.
" Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition,
and must include all accessories. If the item returned is
NOT new as shipped your refund will be less than the original
charge to you or no refund will be given. All returns will
be inspected by our returns specialists.
" Shipping costs are not refundable. Items shipped under
our free shipping offer will be charged the cost of shipping
the order to you.
" Returns must be received within 14 days from the date
the RA is issued.
